Recent work
Advising Vonovia, a Frankfurt-listed German residential real estate company, on the voluntary takeover bid for BUWOG, an Austrian real estate company listed on the Vienna, Frankfurt and Warsaw stock exchanges, for €3.6bn.
Advising Air Berlin PLC, Air Berlin PLC & Co. Luftverkehrs KG (Air Berlin) and its subsidiary, NIKI Luftfahrt GmbH, on the sale of substantially all of their respective assets.
Advising Hutchison Drei Austria on the acquisition of Tele2 Austria, part of Tele2 group, for a consideration of up to €95m. The deal started as an auction process, but became bilateral once agreement on the main perimeters was reached.
Advising Multi-Color Corporation, based in the US city of Cincinnati, on its acquisition of the labels business of Constantia Flexibles Group, with the deal valued at approximately $1.3bn.
Advising LG Electronics and LG Corporation on their joint acquisition of the Austrian automotive supplier ZKW for €1.1bn.
